What this covers

This notice describes what happens to the details you send through the enquiry form on this site. It covers nothing else, because the site collects nothing else.

What is collected

Only what you type: name, email, and — if you choose to give them — company, telephone, country, model of interest, competition licence, and your message. Nothing is collected in the background.

There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker on this site. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Why, and for how long

To answer your enquiry. The lawful basis is your consent, given by the checkbox on the form. Details are held for twenty-four months and then deleted. If you ask for them sooner, they go sooner.

Who sees it

Only the desk inside Vantera that answers it. Race car and customer team enquiries go to an engineer rather than to sales. Nothing is sold, shared, or used for marketing.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of what is held, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted. Write to enquiries@vantera.pt. The request is answered within thirty days.
